SELECTING A RENTAL & ASKING OUR ADVICE
At each rental there is a booking form that you can fill out for your inquiry. We respond to all of them within less than 24 hours.
Should you wish for a faster respond, or have any questions, you can use the chat bubble (down right), or you can request for a free call (down left bubble).
We can suggest according to your requirements what properties will suit better and when is the best time to visit.
You may PLACE A 24 HOUR OPTION to reserve a particular property until you reach a decision. Options automatically expire after 24 hours unless an extension is granted.
ARRIVAL TO PROPERTY
After final payment you will be given detailed information how to come, in case you arrive with your own vechile.
A taxi pick up can also be arranged (at renters cost). Should you wish a car rental we can help you find one and have it waiting for you by the time of arrival at the port or airport of Naxos.
For some of the properties a pick up from the port or airport of Naxos can be arranged.
In most cases you will be welcomed by the property owner. If the property owner is not available by the time of arrival, you will be welcomed, handed the keys by one of our team.
Our preferred method of payment is via Bank Transfer. Should you wish another form like credit by Paypal a surcharge of 3,5% will be added to the amount due.
Bank details for making a bank transfer or a paypal payment reference will be supplied once the availability and rental price of the property you are interested in, are confirmed.
RENTAL DEPOSIT & RENTAL BALANCE
Payment of a deposit (up to 50% of the total rent due, depending on the individual terms of the property) is required to make your reservation definite. A booking is only confirmed once we have received the rental deposit.
The RENTAL BALANCE is due 4-6 weeks prior to the start date of the rental, unless is othwise specified during booking confirmation. If the booking is prior this time then the full amount it needs to be paid for confirmation.
A security deposit against any accidental damages or breakages is applicable at most of the properties. This payment is due at the same time of the rental balance but in some cases and when pre-arranged, it can be paid locally at the property upon check-in. The renter shall take all reasonable and proper care of the Property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and other contents and shall leave them in the same state of repair and condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.
The security deposit is refundable at the end of the holiday.
WHEN MAKING PAYMENTS
— Your full Name
— The property name & dates
— The type of payment being made (i.e rental deposit, rental balance).
Please make sure that any BANK TRANSFER related charges are covered for at sender’s end (SEPA PAYMENT FOR EU) – if any fees are wrongly deducted at beneficiary end, these will be added to the next payment due.
We know that there are cases of emergencies and things doesn’t always work as planned. We will try our best to find another booking to fill the space and give a full refund in such emergencies. In the case that we are unable to find one, then the following rules apply:
ln case of cancellation 30 days before arrival the deposit is paid back to the customer. For any cancellation less than 30 days before arrival the full deposit is charged.
In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable by the customer.
Check out time is at 11:00 noon. Check in is after 14:00. Those can be flexible depending on avaliability and in most cases luggage storage can be provide it, should you have to wait.
